分析了影响无线闭塞中心(RBC)管控能力的多种因素,研究了不同因素间的关系,应用网络层次分析法(ANP)建立了RBC管控能力评价模型。为了降低评价中人为主观性影响与提高评价结果的可信性,在ANP评价过程引入了专家均值置信法,建立了ANP评价模型。以京沪高铁和郑西高铁下行区段第1个RBC(RBC-JH1、RBC-ZX1)的实际布置为例,使用SD软件求解模型,获得了RBC管控能力影响因素的定量排序。研究结果表明:管辖范围、控制车站数、非周期数据处理、注册受控列车数量、单个RBC最大控车容量、周期数据处理、车站复杂度、无线信道传输延时的权重分别为0.167、0.095、0.092、0.090、0.086、0.072、0.064、0.058,它们对RBC管控能力的影响较大,在实际RBC布置中,需要优先考虑这些因素;得到了RBC-JH1的权重为0.037,RBC-ZX1的权重为0.039,结合需要优先考虑的因素,建议RBC-JH1的管辖范围可以扩展至中继站6。改进ANP评价模型对无线闭塞中心管控能力评价的适用性较好,结合已有的RBC布置数量计算公式,可确定一条线路RBC管控范围和布置数量。
The factors influencing the RBC management and control ability were analyzed. The relationship among different factors was studied. The evaluation model of RBC management and control capability was established by using network level analysis (ANP). In order to reduce the subjective influence and improve the credibility of the evaluation results, an expert mean value confidence method is introduced in the ANP evaluation process to establish the ANP evaluation model. Taking the actual layout of the first RBC (RBC-JH1, RBC-ZX1) in the down section of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail and Zheng-Xi high-speed rail as an example, SD software was used to solve the model and the quantitative ranking of the influencing factors of RBC management capability was obtained. The results show that the weights of jurisdiction, control station number, aperiodic data processing, registered controlled train number, single RBC maximum control car capacity, periodic data processing, station complexity and wireless channel transmission delay are respectively 0.167,0.095, 0.092,0.090,0.086,0.072,0.064,0.058, which have a greater impact on RBC management ability. In the actual RBC layout, these factors need to be prioritized. The weight of RBC-JH1 is 0.037 and the weight of RBC-ZX1 is 0.039. In consideration of the factors that need to be prioritized, it is suggested that the jurisdiction of RBC-JH1 can be extended to relay station 6. The improved ANP evaluation model has a good applicability to the evaluation of the control capability of the wireless blocking center. Combined with the existing formula for calculating the number of RBCs, it is possible to determine the management range and the number of the RBCs for a line.
