目的研究大炭角菌Xylaria euglossa子实体的化学成分。方法通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离化合物,运用氢谱、碳谱、二维核磁共振(1H-1HCOSY、HMQC、HMBC、NOESY)、高分辨质谱等光谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为炭角菌酮(1)、3,9-二羟基-3-甲基-6,8-二甲氧基-二氢蒽酮(2)、1-羟基-6,8-二甲氧基-3-甲基蒽醌(3)、炭角菌内酰胺(4)、neoechinulinA(5)、5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(6)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(7)、22E-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8)、棕榈酸(9)、(2S,2′R,3S,4R)-2-(2′-羟基-十八碳酰胺)二十二碳烷-1,3,4-三醇(10)。结论所有化合物均为大炭角菌中首次分离得到。其中化合物1和4为新化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Xylaria euglossa fruiting body. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-1HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY) and high resolution mass spectrometry. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as acanthoceridin (1), 3,9-dihydroxy-3-methyl-6,8-dimethoxy-dihydroanthrone (2) 6,8-dimethoxy-3-methylanthraquinone (3), nocodanolactam (4), neoechinulin A (5), 5a, 8a- (7), 22E-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-tris (8), palmitic acid (9), (2S, 2’R, 3S, 4R) -2- (2’-hydroxy- octadecyl amide) (10). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the first time. Among them, compounds 1 and 4 are new compounds.
