采用菌物学、植物生理学等研究方法,测定了不同接种条件下红皮云杉苗木生物量、菌根合成率等生长指标和生理指标以及抗氧化物酶、保护酶活性等抗逆指标,探讨了红皮云杉对褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus leutus)N94与绿木霉(Trichoderma virens)T43复合接种条件下的生理响应。结果表明:N94与T43在红皮云杉根际具有良好的兼容性,N94 30 d+T43处理方式的菌根合成率与对照相比差异不显著(P>0.05),同时对红皮云杉促生抗逆效果最好。在生长指标方面:接种处理3个月后,其苗木鲜质量、干质量、苗高、地径与对照相比增加了26.02%、29.46%、33.37%和35.36%,苗木叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量提高41.96%和53.03%,可溶性蛋白含量提高24.29%;抗逆指标方面,其抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT活性与对照相比分别提高24.65%、60.09%和46.65%。上述结果表明,菌根菌与木霉菌互作能够对宿主植物起到促生抗逆作用。

The above results show that the interaction of mycorrhizal fungi and Trichoderma can play a role in promoting host plants against stress.
