为纪念人大制度建立五十周年,日前,由监利县人大常委会结集编辑的《庆祝监利县人民代表大会成立50周年》一书正式出版。该书共五大部分,系统记录了监利人大五十年来的历史足迹,简要记载了历届人民代表大会会议概况、县人大常委会会议概况和其它重要事项,收录了历届县级国家机关领导人员和人大代表名录以及一部分珍贵的历史图片。该书还精选了杨凤玲、苏贤福等全国、省、市、县11名人大代表的感人事迹,展现了新时期人大代表在改革开放、经济建设和社会主义法制建设中,密切联系群众,依法履行宪法和法律赋予的神圣职责,积极参加行使国家权力的主人翁风采。
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Congress system, a few days ago, the book “Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Congress of Jianli County” compiled by the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Jianli County was officially published. The book consists of five parts, the system records the historical footsteps of Jianli 50 years, a brief record of the previous People’s Congress meeting overview, county people’s Congress Standing Committee meeting and other important issues, including the previous county-level state organs and NPC members Representative directory and some precious historical pictures.
