The ZL40 wheel loader prototyped by the Xuzhou Second Construction Machinery Factory (formerly Xuzhou Tractor Factory) of Jiangsu Province held a technical appraisal meeting in Xuzhou from October 8 to October 1984. Representatives from 24 units across the country attended the meeting. Through performance testing and industrial testing
