利用金相显微镜、X衍射仪及力学试验等方法研究了不同深冷工艺处理7075铝合金的显微组织、物相以及力学性能。结果表明:不同深冷温度下,7075铝合金组织的形貌、第二相以及力学性能具有较大差异。深冷时间3~9 h时,随深冷时间的延长,晶界处逐渐出现细小的晶粒,α(Al)基体析出的第二相组织明显增多,同时力学性能逐渐增强,当深冷时间超过9 h时,晶界处的细小晶粒数以及晶界处的第二相组织基本保持不变,同时综合力学性能变化不明显。
The microstructure, phase and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy treated by different cryogenic processes were studied by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and mechanical tests. The results show that the morphology, the second phase and the mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy have significant differences under different cryogenic temperatures. When the cryogenic time is 3 ~ 9 h, fine grains gradually appear in the grain boundary with the prolonging of cryogenic time. The microstructure of the second phase precipitated from α (Al) matrix obviously increases and the mechanical properties increase gradually. When the cryogenic time When more than 9 h, the number of fine grains at the grain boundaries and the second phase at the grain boundaries basically remained unchanged, while the comprehensive mechanical properties did not change significantly.
