教学中有时会出现这样的现象:师生们沉浸在愉快热烈、互动积极的课堂氛围中,意象情思纷至沓来,不知不觉下课铃声就响了,心还恋在课堂上。这种现象正是我们通常所说的“状态”。状态是一种情绪,一种氛围,是人在活动中作为主体时才有的一种精神形态。《超级教学》作者埃立克·詹森说:“影响学习的两个核心因素是:状态和策略。”没有状态,其他的资源会像蕴藏着丰富的金矿一样,虽然存在,却是沉睡着的。状态是新课堂之“门”,正如《学习的革命》一书中指出的:“这个学习之‘门’必须打开,否则真正的学习无法发生。”怎样才能打开“状态”这扇“门”,让学生领略音乐课堂的无限风光呢?
