目的:探讨炮制与用法对莱菔子芥子药对总成分及芥子碱、脂肪油溶出的影响。方法:用《中华人民共和国药典》方法测定供试品水、醇溶性浸出物及脂肪油含量,HPLC测定水煎液中芥子碱的含量,GC-MS分析脂肪酸的组成。结果:炮制使所测成分的溶出略有增加,粉碎对各成分促溶作用显著。分合煎对所测成分溶出影响不明显。结论:中医临床用药必须依法炮制与合理使用,才能保证其药效。
Objective: To investigate the processing and usage of Radish seeds mustard on the total composition and the sinapine, fatty oil dissolution. Methods: The contents of water, alcohol-soluble extract and fatty oil were determined by the method of “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China”. The content of sinapine in decoction was determined by HPLC. The composition of fatty acids was analyzed by GC-MS. Results: Processing so that the dissolution of the measured components increased slightly, crushing significantly promote the dissolution of the ingredients. Fen Jian Jian composition of the dissolution of the measured effect is not obvious. Conclusion: TCM clinical medicine must be cooked according to law and reasonable use, in order to ensure its efficacy.
