目的:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)快速鉴别牛蒡子生品和炒制品。方法:以4 000-400cm-1范围内的吸收峰和吸光度为指标,应用SIMCA技术对牛蒡子生品和炮制品进行快速聚类分析。结果:红外光谱结合聚类分析法对牛蒡子生品和炮制品的聚类结果良好,识别率和拒绝率达到97%以上,预测正确率可达100%。结论:红外光谱结合聚类分析法可以快速地鉴别牛蒡子生品和炮制品饮片。
OBJECTIVE: To rapidly identify burdock raw and fried products by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Methods: Absorption peak and absorbance in the range of 4 000-400 cm-1 were used as indexes. The rapid clustering analysis of raw materials and processed products of Arctium lappa by SIMCA technique was carried out. Results: The results of cluster analysis showed that the clustering results of Arctium lappa crude and processed products were good, the recognition rate and rejection rate reached above 97%, and the prediction accuracy was up to 100%. Conclusion: The infrared spectroscopy combined with cluster analysis can quickly identify burdock fruit products and processed Pieces.
