妇科千金片对急性盆腔炎模型大鼠外周血细胞及盆腔组织病理改变的影响

目的:观察妇科千金片对急性盆腔炎大鼠外周血血细胞及子宫、卵巢、输卵管组织病理改变的影响,探讨该药治疗盆腔炎的作用机制。方法:采用混合菌(大肠杆菌、解脲支原体和金黄色葡萄球菌)接种法建立急性盆腔炎大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分别为空白组、假手术组、模型组、妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组(0.21,0.63,1.89 g.kg-1)、中药对照组(妇炎康1.23 g.kg-1)及西药对照组(罗红霉素82.74 mg.kg-1)。药物治疗21 d后取外周血及盆腔组织,生化分析仪分析血液中常规成分变化并观察大鼠盆腔组织的病理改变。结果:①与空白组和假手术组相比,模型组白细胞总数、中性粒细胞比例升高而淋巴细胞比例下降,且盆腔组织出现明显炎症改变。②与模型组相比,各治疗组白细胞总数、中性粒细胞比例下降而淋巴细胞比例升高,且盆腔组织病变明显改善。③与西药对照组及中药对照组相比,妇科千金片各治疗组白细胞数无统计学差异,但对盆腔病变改善情况优于中药对照组。④血红蛋白含量、血小板、嗜酸性粒细胞及嗜碱性粒细胞各组间比较无差异。结论:妇科千金片对大鼠免疫细胞有显著影响并对盆腔组织有一定保护作用,其抗炎作用的机制可能是通过提高机体免疫力从而抑杀进入体内病原菌而实现。 Objective: To observe the effect of gynecology Qianjin tablets on the histopathological changes of blood cells, uterus, ovary and oviduct in peripheral blood of acute pelvic inflammatory disease in rats and to explore the mechanism of this medicine in treating pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: Acute pelvic inflammatory disease rat model was established by inoculation with mixed bacteria (Escherichia coli, Ureaplasma urealyticum and Staphylococcus aureus). The rats were randomly divided into blank group, sham operation group, model group, Medium and high dose groups (0.21,0.63,1.89 g.kg-1), Chinese medicine control group (Fu Yan Kang 1.23 g.kg-1) and western medicine control group (roxithromycin 82.74 mg.kg-1). Peripheral blood and pelvic tissues were taken after 21 days of drug treatment. The changes of routine constituents in blood were observed by biochemical analyzer and the pathological changes of pelvic tissues were observed. Results: ① Compared with the blank group and the sham-operated group, the leukocyte count, the neutrophil proportion and the lymphocyte proportion decreased in the model group and the changes in the pelvic tissue obviously. ② Compared with the model group, the total number of leukocytes, neutrophils decreased and the proportion of lymphocytes in each treatment group increased, and pelvic tissue lesions improved significantly. ③ Compared with western medicine control group and traditional Chinese medicine control group, there was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells in each treatment group of gynecological Qianjin tablets, but the improvement of pelvic lesions was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine control group. ④ hemoglobin content, platelets, eosinophils and basophils no difference between groups. Conclusion: Gynecology Qianjin tablets have a significant effect on immune cells in rats and have a protective effect on pelvic tissue, and its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be achieved by increasing the body’s immune system and inhibiting the entry of pathogenic bacteria into the body.
