目的:培养学生对天然药物化学课程的兴趣。方法:笔者利用橡皮泥,牙签等简单材料做为分子模型,用橡皮泥和牙签拼出各种萜类化合物,再将其拆分成一个个异戊二烯单元,最后根据异戊二烯单元的个数进行萜类的分类。结果:加深了同学们对萜类结构单元的理解。结论:萜类化合物是一类骨架多样、数量庞大、生物活性广泛的一类重要的天然药物化学成分,由甲戊二羟酸变成活性异戊二烯再合成萜类化合物,因此从化学结构看,萜类是异戊二烯的聚合体及其衍生物,而且绝大多数萜类化合物都是由异戊二烯衍变而来[1]。
Purpose: To develop students’ interest in natural medicine chemistry courses. Methods: The author used simple materials such as plasticine and toothpick to make the molecular model, spell out all kinds of terpenoids with plasticine and toothpick, split them into isoprene units, and finally according to isoprene unit The number of terpenes for the classification. Results: Students deepened their understanding of terpene structural units. CONCLUSIONS: Terpenoids are a kind of important natural medicine chemical components with diverse skeleton, large amount and wide biological activity. They are synthesized from mevalonic acid to active isoprene to synthesize terpenoids. Therefore, from the chemical structure Look, terpenoids are isoprene polymers and their derivatives, and most of the terpenoids are derived from isoprene [1].
