目的:介绍国内外有关神经细胞老化的发生与钙离子调控能力的关系以及钙拮抗剂用于抗衰老研究的最新进展。方法:根据国内外大量有代表性的研究成果,结合自己工作实践,进一步分析、整理和归纳。结果:脑老化是伴随着神经细胞内钙稳态的失调和细胞钙调节能力降低而发生。钙拮抗剂可阻断细胞外钙内流,促进细胞内钙库摄钙,维持细胞内钙平衡;并可改善脑细胞结构,增加脑血流量,保证细胞的营养供应。结论:钙拮抗剂用于延缓衰老的研究为探索老年病的发病机制以及老年病的针对性治疗提供了新思路。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the relationship between the occurrence of neuronal cell aging and the regulation of calcium ion home and abroad and the latest progress of calcium antagonists for anti-aging research. Methods: According to a large number of representative domestic and international research results, combined with their own work practices, further analysis, collation and induction. Results: Aging of the brain is accompanied by an imbalance of calcium homeostasis in the neurons and a decrease in the ability of the cells to regulate calcium. Calcium antagonists can block extracellular calcium influx, promote intracellular calcium library of calcium, to maintain intracellular calcium balance; and can improve brain cell structure, increase cerebral blood flow, and ensure the nutritional supply of cells. Conclusion: The study of calcium antagonist used to delay aging provides a new idea for exploring the pathogenesis of geriatric diseases and the targeted treatment of geriatric diseases.
