目的对不同监护病房的复苏囊接头的微生物进行监测与分析,探讨对策以减少医院感染的发生。方法2006年1~12月份对NICU、PICU、SICU使用中的复苏囊的接头进行采样,进行细菌培养、分离与计算。结果三个监护病区其复苏囊接头表面菌落数(x±s)均大于20CFU/件,且检出致病菌,检出率:铜绿假单胞菌15.56%、肺炎克雷伯菌8.89%、大肠埃希菌4.44%、乙酸钙不动杆菌5.56%G+中表皮葡萄球菌占13.33%。结论监护病房复苏囊接头细菌污染的情况不容忽视,加强医务人员对复苏囊接头污染的危害性认识,提高防范意识,加强对复苏囊的消毒管理。
Objective To monitor and analyze the microorganisms in the resuscitation capsule connectors of different care wards, and to explore countermeasures to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods From January to December 2006, the connectors of resuscitation capsule in NICU, PICU and SICU were sampled for bacterial culture, separation and calculation. Results The numbers of colonies (x ± s) on the surface of the resuscitation capsule joints in the three surveillance wards were both greater than 20 CFU / specimen and pathogenic bacteria were detected. The detection rates were 15.56% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 8.89% of Klebsiella pneumoniae, , Escherichia coli 4.44%, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus 5.56% Staphylococcus epidermidis accounted for 13.33%. Conclusion The condition of bacterial contamination in ICU resuscitation can not be neglected. It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of medical personnel on the hazard of contamination of resuscitation capsule, raise awareness of prevention and strengthen the disinfection management of resuscitation capsule.
