针对当前电动汽车充电站优化规划中未能有效统一运营者与用户之间的综合效益,以及在时序车流对充电等待时间累计影响的分析上比较粗糙等问题,提出一种更为准确的高速公路充电站优化规划模型与方法。首先,构建了以电站投资运营者与汽车用户双方综合效益最大为目标的数学模型;其次,提出了高速公路中汽车行驶与充电选择的动态模拟方法;再次,利用混沌粒子群优化实现了求解流程与方法。算例分析表明了文中方法的有效性和实用性。
