随着尾矿库使用年限的增加,坝体不断加高,为了增强坝体安全,设计单位提出,用自流排渗井降低坝体地下水位的方法。它是由大口径竖井与水平管对接组成一体,形成地下水自流排渗系统,达到降低浸润线的目的。根据工程要求,水平管需要顶入坝体内78~80m,在顶进过程中,尾矿砂对管端的阻力及侧摩阻力很大,加上其它原因,几乎所有水平管都要偏离预先设计的方向。因此寻找管端准确位置,是进行与大口径竖井对接成功的关键。
With the increase of the service life of the tailings dam, the dam body is continuously raised. In order to enhance the safety of the dam body, the design unit proposed a method of reducing the groundwater level of the dam body by the gravity drainage. It is composed of large diameter shaft and horizontal pipe butt together to form a gravity drainage system of groundwater to achieve the purpose of reducing the infiltration line. According to the engineering requirements, the horizontal pipe needs to be pushed into the dam body 78 ~ 80m. During the process of jacking, the resistance of the tailings sand to the pipe end and the resistance of the side friction are great. For other reasons, almost all the horizontal pipes deviate from the pre-designed direction . Therefore, finding the exact position of the pipe end is the key to successful docking with a large diameter shaft.
