目的:建立HPLC法测定复方溴化钠口服液中咖啡因的含量。方法:采用色谱柱Agilent TC-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-0.1%三氟乙酸(TFA)溶液(15:65:20)为流动相;检测波长:274 nm;流速:0.8 ml·min~(-1);柱温:35℃。结果:咖啡因在0.5~50 mg·L~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);测定咖啡因的平均加样回收率为101.09%,RSD=1.27%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、准确稳定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of caffeine in compound sodium bromide oral solution. METHODS: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) solution (15:65:20) with Agilent TC-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 274 nm; flow rate: 0.8 ml · min -1; column temperature: 35 ℃. Results: The linearity of caffeine in the range of 0.5-50 mg · L -1 was good (r = 0.999 8). The average recoveries of caffeine were 101.09%, RSD = 1.27% (n = 9) . Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and stable.
