余随张琪教授临证多年,观其对慢性肾病凡见气阴两虚、湿热内蕴为主要见证者,每以滑心莲子饮化裁应用而多获良效.举医案三则供同道参考.1 腰痛(慢性肾小球肾炎) 王某,女,9岁,1994年6月15日初诊.患慢性肾小球肾炎1年余,曾服中西药物治疗未能完全缓解.时有眼睑浮肿、尿色淡黄、排尿后小腹痛、腰痛,周身乏力、口于.尿检:蛋白(+ +),白细胞3～4个,红细胞10～20个,颗粒管型0～1个.舌质淡红,苔薄白,脉滑无力.辨证为气阴两虚、湿热内停有化热之势.治以益气养阴兼清利湿热之法.处方:黄芪、白花蛇舌草各20g
