网络的成熟为我国的反腐工作开辟了一条新的道路,在其飞速发展的过程中,网络反腐已经成长为对于政策反腐最为重要的补充。然而,政策冲突所带来的弊端正在逐步侵蚀网络反腐的成果,直接导致政策失效。本文主要从政策冲突角度出发,积极探索了为维护自身所属的不同利益,各政策主体所产生的矛盾分歧,并提出改善性意见,期待构建网络反腐的长效制度化运行机制
The maturity of the network has opened up a new road for China’s anti-corruption work. In its rapid development, the network anti-corruption has grown to be the most important complement to the policy anti-corruption. However, the drawbacks caused by the policy conflict are gradually erode the results of the network anti-corruption, which directly leads to the failure of the policy. This article mainly from the perspective of policy conflicts, and actively explore for the maintenance of their own different interests, the contradictions and differences arising from the various policy subjects, and put forward suggestions for improvement, looking forward to building long-term network anti-corruption institutionalized operation mechanism
