倪葆春(1899-1997),祖籍浙江宁波,1917年考入北京清华学堂(现北京清华大学前身),1919年考取清华公费留美名额,1921年在美国芝加哥大学获得理学士学位,1925年在约翰·霍普金斯大学获医学博士学位。1926-1927年获洛氏奖学金,进修整形外科。1928年,在上海圣约翰大学任校医,不久担任人体解剖学助教。1934年晋升教授。1947年11月任圣约翰大学医学院院长。1952年10月出任上海第二医学院副院长。党的十一届三中全会以后,受聘为上海第二医学院顾问,上海市第一、三届人大代表,上海市第五、六届政协委员。著有《局部麻醉裂唇修补术》等。
Ni Baochun (1899-1997), ancestral home Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, was admitted to Beijing Tsinghua School in 1917 (now Beijing Tsinghua University predecessor), Tsinghua University in 1919 to obtain public places in the United States in 1921, received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Chicago in 1925 in John Johns Hopkins University received his MD degree. 1926-1927 received Rockwell Scholarship, advanced plastic surgery. In 1928, he was a school doctor at St. John’s University in Shanghai, and soon became assistant professor of human anatomy. In 1934 promoted to professor. November 1947 Dean of St. John’s College of Medicine. October 1952 Shanghai Second Medical College vice president. After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, he was hired as a consultant of the Second Shanghai Medical College, the first and third deputies of Shanghai, the fifth and sixth CPPCC members in Shanghai. With a “local anesthesia split lip repair” and so on.
