随着社会的发展,地上空间已经不能满足人们日常生活的需求,多层地下室的出现,为人们提供了更多的使用空间。地下室楼盖的结构形式直接影响整个地下室的总体造价。本文以一工程实例表明:对于荷载较大的地下室顶板及人防顶板,采用无梁楼盖形式优于梁板结构;对于荷载较小的负一层楼板,采用单向板方式材料最省,无梁楼盖次之,但两者相差不大,综合考虑无梁楼盖形式能有效的减小地下室层高,从而减少土方开挖、抗浮构件等的工程造价,无梁楼盖形式仍优于梁板结构。
