党的十一届三中全会以来,我市的技工教育事业得到了较快的恢复和发展。全市现有技工学校23所,在校学生12,806人,技工教育体系已成为我市石油和石油化工及其它各业培养技术工人的重要基地。截止1991年底,累计已向企业输送技术工人50,474名,占全市工人总数的27％,约占一线生产工人总数的50％。他们在我市各行各业生产建设中发挥了突出的作用。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the mechanization education in our city has been rapidly restored and developed. The city’s existing 23 technical schools, 12,806 students in school, mechanic education system has become the city’s oil and petrochemical industry and other industries to train skilled workers an important base. By the end of 1991, a total of 50,474 skilled workers had been delivered to the enterprises, accounting for 27% of the total number of workers in the city, accounting for about 50% of the total number of first-line workers. They have played a prominent role in the production and construction of all walks of life in our city.
