我国高职教育进入迅速发展的时期。在快速发展的同时,高职院校也面临激烈的竞争和巨大的压力。目前,许多高职院校都在探索提高教学质量和改善组织绩效的有效途径。作为人力资源管理工作的重要手段和方法,对教师进行科学、客观的绩效评价越来越受到重视。因此,建立一套适合我国高职院校教师的绩效评价体具有重大的现实意义。本文从绩效考核这一理论层面入手,结合株洲职业技术学院的实际情况,构建了较为明晰的、科学的高职学院教师绩效考核体系,对相关高职学院具有一定的借鉴性和实用性。
Higher vocational education in our country has entered a period of rapid development. At the same time of rapid development, vocational colleges also face fierce competition and enormous pressure. At present, many higher vocational colleges are exploring effective ways to improve teaching quality and improve organizational performance. As an important means and method of human resource management, teachers pay more and more attention to scientific and objective performance evaluation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a set of performance evaluation system that is suitable for the teachers of higher vocational colleges in our country. This article starts from the theoretical level of performance appraisal, and combines with the actual situation of Zhuzhou Vocational and Technical College to construct a relatively clear and scientific teacher performance appraisal system of higher vocational colleges, which has certain reference and practicality to the related higher vocational colleges.
