一天,我看见几个顽皮好动的小朋友,蹲在海棠树下,吵吵嚷嚷,争论不休。我好奇地问:“你们在干什么呀?”话音刚落,这几个孩子几乎同时站了起来。有的低着头,急忙拍去手上的泥土,有的慌忙跑到一边去,看神情仿佛犯了什么严重错误似的,等待着老师的批评。看到孩子们这副畏畏缩缩的模样,我心里感到很不是滋味。事后,我反复思考着,这都是我平时要求过多、过严,致使孩子们每做一件事情,都要看看教师脸色,小心翼翼,不敢越雷池一步。因此,出现了上面所说的那种场
