知识经济时代,越来越多的企业管理者认识到企业的生存和发展要依靠企业员工培训。人力资本、人力资源开发的概念被人们所熟知,培训作为开发人力资源的重要途径日益受到企业的关注。但是企业管理者和员工对培训的认识还存在一定的误区,将“上课”视为培训的全部,视为培训的目的。而真正有效果的培训应该树立现代培训理念,并且要从目前的培训体系转向人才培养体系,这样才能回归培训最本质的使命和意义。
In the era of knowledge economy, more and more business managers recognize that the survival and development of enterprises depend on the training of employees. The concept of human capital and human resources development is well known, and training as an important way to develop human resources is receiving more and more attention from enterprises. However, there are still some misunderstandings about the training of enterprise managers and employees. They regard “class” as the whole training and are regarded as the purpose of training. The truly effective training should establish the concept of modern training, and from the current training system to personnel training system, so as to return to training the most essential mission and significance.
