目的 :观察抗结核Ι号药物介入治疗耐多药空洞肺结核疗效。方法 :14 6例耐多药空洞肺结核随机分为两组各 73例 ,治疗组采用抗结核Ι号药物介入病灶空洞并全身抗结核治疗 ,对照组仅采用全身抗结核治疗 ,对比两组治疗效果。结果 :治疗组痰阴转率 93 .2 %、空洞闭合率 2 4 .7%、病灶吸收好转率 82 .2 % ,均比对照组 (分别为 68.5 % ,8.2 % ,5 2 .0 % )高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :加用抗结核Ι号药物介入治疗 ,可明显提高耐多药空洞型肺结核的疗效
Objective: To observe the efficacy of antituberculosis Ι-medications in treating multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods: Totally 14 6 multi-drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into two groups (n = 73). The treatment group was given anti-tuberculosis Ι-drug interventional cavity and systemic antituberculous therapy, while the control group only received systemic antituberculous therapy. . Results: The sputum-negative conversion rate was 93.2%, the cavity closure rate was 24.7%, and the improvement rate of the lesion absorption was 82.2% in the treatment group (68.5%, 8.2%, 52.0%, respectively) High (P <0. 01).
