课例研究是一种实践学习方式,要引导教师正确认识课例研究。开展有效课例研究需要把握五个关键点,一是确定选题,要在明晰研究目的的基础上,选择有价值的课题;二是把握“三循环”研究过程,最终形成清晰的结论;三是明确课例展示时间,可长可短,遵循有效性原则;四是建立观课框架,为教师提供观课指南;五是改进议课模式,采用小组合作方式,提高课例研究的参与面。
Case study is a practical way of learning, to guide teachers to correctly understand the case study.
