目的了解上海市徐汇区田林社区65岁以上关爱体检人群中高脂血症发生率及与相关因素的关系。方法 对2012年1～12月在上海市徐汇区田林街道社区卫生服务中心接受健康体检的3563例65岁以上体检人群进行血脂测定，并进行高脂血症检出率及其他相关因素的统计分析。结果 高脂血症检出率男性168/1168,女性为381/2244,女性显著高于男性,差异有统计学意义。高脂血症组高血压、高血糖发病率与非高脂血症组比较有显著差异（P<0.01）。结论高脂血症与性别、高血压、高血糖密切相关。“,”Objective: to understand the correlation between hyperlipoidemia incidence and its relevant factors among people over age 65 in Shanghai Tianlin community. Results: Detection rate of hyperuricemia is, Male 168/1168, Female 381/2244, Males were significantly lower than females, the difference was statistically significant. Hyperlipoidemia of hypertension, high blood sugar, of hyperlipoidemia group were significantly different (P<0.01). Conclusion: hyperlipoidemia and Gender, hypertension,high blood sugar, is closely related.
