利用全自动堆肥反应器,研究果树粉碎枝条与猪粪混合高温发酵过程中的温度、pH、EC、DOC、GI指标的变化。结果表明:在强制通风和不通风两种方式下,发酵温度均可达到50℃以上高温,并维持5~7天,完全可杀灭各种病原菌和杂草种子;随发酵进程的推进,物料EC、DOC逐渐降低;可溶盐含量低,施用堆肥产品不会对作物生长产生盐分毒害;pH由初期中性,缓慢升高,稳定在8.5~9.0左右;发芽指数随堆肥进行逐渐增大,抑制种子发芽物质逐步得到有效降解;强制通风可加快物料腐熟,大约经过15天即可达到完全腐熟,不强制通风则需25天。
The automatic composting reactor was used to study the changes of temperature, pH, EC, DOC and GI during the mixed high temperature fermentation of fruit tree shredded shoots and pig manure. The results showed that under both forced ventilation and non-ventilation modes, the fermentation temperature could reach over 50 ℃ and maintain for 5 ~ 7 days, which could kill all kinds of pathogens and weed seeds completely. With the progress of fermentation process, EC and DOC gradually decreased; the content of soluble salt was low; the application of compost products would not cause salt toxicity to the crop growth; the pH increased slowly from the initial neutrality and stabilized at about 8.5-9.0; the germination index increased gradually with composting, Inhibition of seed germination substances gradually be effectively degraded; forced ventilation can speed up the maturity of the material, about 15 days to achieve complete maturity, do not need to ventilated 25 days.
