学界对情绪智力(EI)与冲突管理之间的关系早有研究,但对于EI的哪些构成要素对冲突管理有实质性影响却言之不详。本文从EI的定义及其研究方法出发,提出研究EI时应考虑其构成要素。本文通过因素分析、多元回归等方法对管理者EI构成要素与冲突管理之间的关系进行研究。研究结果表明,EI要素中的直觉对冲突管理中的领导风格有显著影响;EI要素中的人际敏感度对冲突管理中对他人的控制和冲突后的行为有显著影响。
The academic community has long studied the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and conflict management, but it is not clear what elements of EI have a substantive impact on conflict management. Based on the definition of EI and its research methods, this paper proposes that the constituent elements should be considered when studying EI. In this paper, the relationship between EI elements and conflict management is studied by means of factor analysis and multiple regression. The findings indicate that intuition in EI elements has a significant influence on leadership style in conflict management and that interpersonal sensitivity in EI elements has a significant effect on control of others and post-conflict behavior in conflict management.
