上世纪80年代称单位现在的“人力资源部”为政工科。经过一周的岗前培训后,政工科长对我们几个新分配来的护校生进行了首次正式谈话:从今天起,大家就要去相应的科室上班,开始你们工作生涯中最最重要的试用期。试用期为期一年,干得怎么样,能不能顺利度过试用期,科室的评价很重要。假如某个人德智体能等方面的表现一般,甚至不合格,试用期将会延长,工资和福利待遇自然会受到影响喽!
