[目的]控制锯谷盗对烟草及其他仓储物的危害。[方法]利用不同剂量的电子束对锯谷盗幼虫、成虫进行辐照处理,研究其辐照效应。[结果]锯谷盗的幼虫、成虫对电子束辐照的敏感性依次降低。幼虫和成虫经辐照后21d的半致死剂量LD50分别为67.6和104.2Gy。幼虫经300Gy剂量辐照后可以完全阻止其发育为成虫,并且在35d内全部死亡;成虫经300Gy剂量辐照后则需49d才能全部死亡,但不能产生下一代成虫。[结论]300Gy剂量可以作为电子束辐照防治锯谷盗的参考剂量。
[Objective] To control the harm of Sawatus to tobacco and other warehousing. [Method] The larvae and adults of sawfly sawdust were irradiated by different doses of electron beam to study their radiation effects. [Result] Larvae and adults of Sawgrass were decreased in sensitivity to electron beam irradiation. The LD50 of 21d after larvae and adults were 67.6 and 104.2Gy, respectively. Irradiation with 300Gy larvae could completely prevent the development of adult larvae and kill them completely within 35 days. Adult larvae died 49 days after being irradiated with 300Gy larvae, but could not produce the next generation adults. [Conclusion] The dose of 300Gy can be used as the reference dose for preventing and treating sawtooth by electron beam irradiation.
