“结合部”是车站的窗口 ,其治安秩序的好坏直接影响到铁路的形象。由于“结合部”的管辖权属地方公安机关 ,而地方公安机关又囿于警力而无暇顾及 ,本文分析了“结合部”治安工作存在的问题及原因 ,提出从根本上解决管辖权问题才能使“结合部”长治久安等几项措施。 “Joint Department” is the window of the station, the order of its public order directly affect the quality of the railway.
