天津市河东保安服务分公司,从1989年开始实行从服务客户中聘任保安队(班)兼职指导员制,一般是由客户单位保卫科长担任。实践证明采取这一措施的好处很多,主要是: 一、加强了对保安员的领导。以往对保安员的领导,主要是由保安公司一头负责,客户只管使用不管领导。由于公司管理人员有限,加上客户比较多且很分散,不少是在外区。甚至郊县,有的队长一人竟负责10多家客户,方圆不下几十里。工作多,精力有限,往往顾此失彼,保安服务工作中的一些问题不能及时发现及时解决。实行双重领导后,客户保卫部门与公司齐抓共管,
