目的研究胰腺癌组织中SKP2与FAK的表达与临床病理特征的意义及两者间的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测SKP2与FAK在48例胰腺癌组织、20例癌旁胰腺组织中的表达情况,并结合临床病理学资料进行分析。结果胰腺癌组织中SKP2与FAK的阳性表达率分别为79.2%(38/48)、60.4%(29/48),均显著高于癌旁胰腺组织中的表达20.0%(4/20)、10.0%(2/20),P<0.05。SKP2的表达与癌组织的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及部位无关(P>0.05)。而FAK的表达只与胰腺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移有关,且SKP2与FAK的表达呈正相关(r=0.319,P<0.05)。结论 SKP2与FAK的异常表达与胰腺癌的发生、发展有关,且二者之间可能存在协同作用。
Objective To study the significance of the expression of SKP2 and FAK in pancreatic cancer and their clinicopathological features and the correlation between them. Methods Immunohistochemical Envision two-step method was used to detect the expression of SKP2 and FAK in 48 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 20 cases of adjacent pancreatic tissues, and combined with clinicopathological data. Results The positive rates of SKP2 and FAK in pancreatic cancer tissues were 79.2% (38/48) and 60.4% (29/48), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in adjacent non-cancerous pancreatic tissues (20.0%, 4/20) % (2/20), P <0.05. The expression of SKP2 was correlated with the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05), but not with the gender, age, tumor size and location (P> 0.05). FAK expression was only related to the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer, and the expression of FAK was positively correlated with SKP2 (r = 0.319, P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of SKP2 and FAK is associated with the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer, and there may be synergistic effects between the two.
