我国现在的高职教育虽然较以前已经更有了一个很大的提升,但是,不可否认的是现今我们很多高职教育还存在着这样那样的问题,这是需要我们高职学校进一步加强改善,创造一个适宜的、有利于我们高职学生发挥其信息素养的能力。同时高职学生在利用信息方面还是存在着问题,文章分析了烹饪专业学生的信息素养存在的问题,论述了烹饪高职学校如何建立一个有效的信息平台和如何培养烹饪专业学生的信息素养。希望文章会对以后学者的研究有一定的借鉴意义,对现实高职学生的教育和培养有一定的现实意义。
Although the higher vocational education in our country now has a much greater promotion than before, it is undeniable that many of our higher vocational education today still have such problems.
