政府对房地产市场进行宏观调控主要有行政、法律、经济三种手段,但在法制社会的大背景下,政府的各种活动都离不开法律的指导和约束。对我国房地产市场进行法律手段的宏观调控,规避房地产市场的法律行为,有利于规范房地产经济运行秩序,使房地产市场拥有更广阔的发展前景。本文以房地产市场调控为切入点,在分析房地产市场宏观调控存在的问题基础上,通过阐述法律制度对房地产市场宏观调控的意义,重点探讨了完善房地产市场宏观调控的法律对策,旨在对房地产市场调控进行法律思考,以期为房地产市场调控提供参考。
The government mainly carries out macro-control over the real estate market with three administrative, legal and economic means. However, under the background of a legal-system society, all kinds of government activities can not be separated from the guidance and restraint of the law.
