目的探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚对内毒素致急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织细胞间黏附分子1基因及ICAM-1蛋白表达的影响。方法复制大鼠内毒素性急性肺损伤模型,随机分为对照组、脂多糖组、盐酸戊乙奎醚低剂量,中剂量,高剂量组5组,分别静脉给予不同剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚。检测肺组织ICAM-1 mRNA表达水平及ICAM-1蛋白表达。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚给药使内毒素性急性肺损伤肺组织ICAM-1 mRNA及ICAM-1蛋白表达减少。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚给药对内毒素性急性肺损伤起保护效应。
Objective To investigate the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and ICAM-1 in lung tissue of rats with acute lung injury induced by endotoxin. Methods Rat models of acute lung injury induced by endotoxin were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, lipopolysaccharide group, penehyclidine hydrochloride low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group. Penehyclidine hydrochloride was intravenously administered at different doses. ICAM-1 mRNA expression and ICAM-1 protein expression in lung tissue were detected. Results The administration of penehyclidine hydrochloride reduced the expression of ICAM-1 mRNA and ICAM-1 protein in lung tissue of LPS-induced acute lung injury. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride has a protective effect on endotoxin-induced acute lung injury.
