用XRD,~(29)Si、~(27)Al MASNMR等多种现代技术和方法,研究了用—甲基三乙基碘化铵(MTEA)和四乙基碘化铵(TEA)做模板剂合成的两系列高硅铝比ZSM-12沸石的结构性质。XRD结果表明,由于模板剂不同,两系列的ZSM-12沸石表现出明显的差别。随着硅铝比增加,减少的是位于主孔道内T_1—T_4位置上的骨架铝。还用NH_8-TPD、吡啶-IR-TPD两种方法系统地研究了MTEA和TEA两系列的ZSM-12沸石的表面酸性质;用异丙苯裂解、甲苯甲醇烷基化和二甲苯异构化反应,研究了该分子筛的催化性能。
