新形势下,国有企业的市场份额正受到中小民营企业的围攻与抢占,市场影响力有所降低,但其仍是当前的市场经济霸主。国企应努力提升经济效益,不断强化人才培养行为。因此,积极创新培训思路,加强培训管理来落实全体员工的业务技能培训至关重要。本文简议了国有企业员工培训近况,并就国企员工培训创新管理中存在的因素进行分析,从创新与管理两方面分别探究了新形势下的国企员工培训。
Under the new situation, the market share of state-owned enterprises is being besieged and seized by small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises, reducing the influence of the market. However, it is still the overlord of the current market economy. State-owned enterprises should strive to enhance economic efficiency and continuously strengthen personnel training. Therefore, it is of vital importance to actively innovate training ideas, strengthen training management and implement business skills training for all employees. This paper briefly discusses the current situation of employee training in state-owned enterprises, and analyzes the factors that exist in the innovative management of employee training in state-owned enterprises. From the aspects of innovation and management, it explores the training of state employees in the new situation respectively.
