The National Electric Rock Drill Technical Conference was held on May 19th to 31st, 1973 in Luoyang City, Henan Province. Shanghai Electric Tools Research Institute and Tianshui Pneumatic Tools Research Institute were commissioned by the First Machine Department and Shou Bei presided over the meeting. The delegates had a total of 38 96 electric drills for production, use, and research.
