一历史经验告诉我们,文化在延续传承中发扬光大,而任何一个有着悠久文化传统的民族不能割断历史。由于我们过去对儒家文化思想的“批判”、“改造”,致使文化“断裂”。而艺术界有些理论家却不假思索地鼓吹空洞的“创新”。一个世纪来,中国演绎了一幕幕艺术革命的历程。我们当代某些所谓的大师,还津津有味的以美国上世纪40年代抽象表现主义的手法企图引领时尚。而理论家们却盛赞大师强烈的创新精神与东方意蕴。评论之轻浮可见一斑。
