为了适应能源与动力工程专业和建筑环境与能源应用工程专业的学科发展和培养创新型人才的需要,设计开发了一套空气源复叠式高温热泵综合实验平台。该实验平台选用R124和R410A分别作为高温级、低温级热泵制冷剂,实现-20℃的低温环境下稳定制取80℃高温热水。同时,实验台采用先进的热工检测和PLC控制系统,能够实现系统工况参数的自动检测、监控与采集存储。因此,该实验平台达到了开设“综合性、设计性、研究性”为核心内容的“三性”实验的要求,并具有开展一些探索性实验研究的功能。
In order to meet the needs of energy and power engineering and architectural environment and energy application engineering discipline development and training of innovative talents, a set of air source cascade high temperature heat pump experimental platform was designed and developed. The experimental platform uses R124 and R410A respectively as high-temperature and low-temperature heat pump refrigerants to achieve a stable high-temperature hot water at 80 ℃ in a low-temperature environment of -20 ℃. At the same time, the test bed using advanced thermal testing and PLC control system, to achieve automatic detection of system operating parameters, monitoring and acquisition and storage. Therefore, the experimental platform has reached the requirement of “three-character” experiment with “comprehensiveness, design and research” as the core content, and has the function of carrying out some exploratory experimental research.
