在跨越式跳高教学中,经常发现很多小学生不敢起跳,对跳杆产生恐惧心理,造成了心理压力和障碍,使教学过于紧张,从而较大程度地阻碍了教学进度。为了消除小学生的心理障碍,通过分析学生在跨越式跳高教学中产生恐惧心理的原因,提出克服心理障碍的训练方法和手段,从而克服学生恐惧的心理,摆脱心理障碍,提高跳高成绩,参加体育运动的积极性也大大提高。
In the leapfrog teaching, we often find that many primary school students are afraid to take off. They are afraid of the jumper and cause psychological pressure and obstacles, making the teaching too nervous, which hinders the teaching progress to a great extent. In order to eliminate the psychological barrier of the pupils, this paper puts forward the training methods and means to overcome the psychological obstacles by analyzing the students ’fear in leaps-and-hips teaching, so as to overcome the psychology of students’ fear, get rid of psychological obstacles, improve their performance and participate in sports The enthusiasm is also greatly improved.
