在新课改如火如荼进行的过程中,教学工作展开了创新性的发展,教学的手段和方式不断得到更新,在新的教学理念影响下,“少教多学,小组合作”的教学模式诞生并得到了普遍化的应用,我校去年在初一年级进行了全面推广,它的核心之处就在于赋予学生课堂主动权,使学生承担起课堂学习的权利与责任,将学生上升至学习活动中的主人,摆脱了传统教学中学习的外在性和被动性,进一步激发学生的能动性和独立性,提升了课堂教学质量。以初中数学为例,对“少教多学,小组合作”模式的构建进行了探究。
