国外在80年代就如何发展反坦克导弹系统问题制定出新的基本发展方向,即采用新的、非传统的摧毀装甲目标的方法。为此建立起新的构想并打下技术和工艺基础。目前,在这一领域里的主要力量集中在新技术和工艺的研究上,以保证未来的反坦克导弹能够从上方击毀装甲目标。从顶部攻击坦克有两种方式:一是俯冲式攻占;二是掠飞式攻击。为此,研制出新的制导系统和战斗部结构方案。
