目的了解河南省市级疾病预防控制中心消毒与媒介生物控制人力资源现状,为科学配置消毒与媒介生物控制人力资源提供依据和建议。方法通过调查问卷收集消毒与媒介生物控制工作的科室设置和工作人员个人资料,将数据录入数据库后进行统计分析。结果河南省市级疾病预防控制中心共有消毒与媒介生物控制工作人员111人,年龄结构以41~50岁年龄组和31~40岁年龄组为主,分别占44.14%和27.93%;学历以大专和本科为主,分别占45.05%和32.43%;技术职称以中级和初级为主,分别占29.73%和28.83%;所学专业以公共卫生和临床医学为主,分别占38.74%和27.03%;参加技术培训情况和学术论文发表情况不理想。结论河南省市级疾病预防控制中心消毒与媒介生物控制人力资源状况不理想。建议在现有条件下通过适当的调控及合理配置增加技术人员数量和采用不同方式提高专业技术人员素质,以适应新时期消毒与媒介生物控制工作的需要。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources of disinfection and vector control in Henan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and to provide basis and advice for scientific configuration of disinfection and vector control of human resources. Methods Through the questionnaire collection of disinfection and vector control work department settings and staff personal data, the data entered into the database after the statistical analysis. Results Henan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention had a total of 111 disinfection and vector control staffs. The age structure was mainly composed of 41 to 50 age groups and 31 to 40 age groups, accounting for 44.14% and 27.93% respectively. Accounting for 45.05% and 32.43% respectively. The technical titles are mainly intermediate and primary, accounting for 29.73% and 28.83% respectively. The major of public health and clinical medicine are 38.74% and 27.03% respectively. Participate in technical training and academic papers published unsatisfactory. Conclusion The status of human resources in disinfection and vector control in Henan Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention is not satisfactory. It is suggested to increase the number of technicians and improve the quality of professional and technical personnel through proper control and rational allocation under the existing conditions in order to meet the needs of disinfection and vector control in the new era.
