雅安地震后,不管是来自官方或民间的公益组织的救援力量都同时在灾区聚集。这些公益性组织在抗震救灾中发挥了巨大的作用,然而在这场全国性的抗震救灾的大潮中,中国红十字会也因之前层出不穷的丑闻又一次站在了舆论的风口浪尖之上。中国红十字会作为非营利组织,资金使用财务监管方面存在严重的问题,本文透过中国红十字会对我国民间非营利组织的财务监管进行相关分析。
After the Ya’an earthquake, rescue forces from both official and non-governmental non-profit organizations gathered in the affected areas at the same time. These nonprofit organizations played a huge role in the earthquake relief work. However, in the tide of nationwide earthquake relief and relief, the Red Cross Society of China once again stood above the cusp of public opinion because of the endless scandals before it. As a non-profit organization, the financial supervision of the use of funds by the Chinese Red Cross has serious problems. This article analyzes the financial supervision of China’s non-governmental non-profit organizations through the Red Cross Society of China.
