针对解决防空导弹武控设备目前维修方式中的诸多问题,基于状态的维修(CBM)方式是有效解决途径之一。分析了对防空导弹武控设备进行CBM时的状态监测、失效模型建立、故障预测和维修决策等关键技术问题,探讨了防空导弹武控设备实现CBM的技术对策。结果表明,CBM具有诸多优点,它的实践应用必将引发武控设备维修技术的根本变革,促进高新技术在防空导弹武控设备维修领域的应用。
In order to solve many problems in current maintenance methods of air defense missile weapons control equipment, state-based maintenance (CBM) is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. The key technical problems such as condition monitoring, failure model establishment, fault prediction and maintenance decision-making for air defense missile-controlled equipment are analyzed. The technical measures to realize CBM for air-defense missile-controlled equipment are discussed. The results show that CBM has many advantages. Its practical application will inevitably lead to fundamental changes in the maintenance technology of the military-controlled equipment and promote the application of high-tech in the field of the maintenance of air-defense missile-controlled equipment.
