目的 :探讨糖尿病合并缺血性中风脑损伤特点。方法 :以链脲佐菌素 (streptozotocin ,STZ)和高渗糖分别诱导产生慢性实验性糖尿病大鼠模型和急性高血糖模型 ,在此基础上制备大脑中动脉阻塞 (MCAO)模型 ,采用四氮唑红 (TTC)染色和电镜观察脑缺血后改变 ,MR DWI技术观察缺血后超早期改变。结果 :慢性实验性糖尿病大鼠组脑梗死体积较高血糖组、正常组大 ,且超微结构破坏明显。结论 :糖尿病脑缺血时脑损伤范围大、速度快
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of diabetes mellitus complicated with ischemic stroke. Methods: Chronic experimental diabetic rat model and acute hyperglycemia model were induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and hypertonic glucose respectively. MCAO model was established on the basis of this study. TTC staining and electron microscopy were used to observe the changes after cerebral ischemia. MR DWI was used to observe the ultra-early changes after ischemia. Results: The volume of cerebral infarction in rats with chronic experimental diabetes was higher than that in normal glucose group and the normal group, and the ultrastructural damage was obvious. Conclusion: The range of brain injury in diabetic cerebral ischemia is large and fast
