根据某厂热连轧轧后层流冷却设备以及改造后超快速冷却设备的布置特点,利用有限元差分法模拟了一个典型钢种分别经过2种不同冷却模式后的温度场分布情况,并与实际测量值进行了对比。模拟结果表明,所建立的模型计算得到的终冷温度与实际温度相差在±20℃以内,较准确地反映了在不同冷却模式下带钢的温度变化规律,为分析带钢内部温度变化提供了依据。
According to the layout characteristics of laminar cooling equipment after hot tandem rolling in a factory and the ultra-fast cooling equipment after modification, the temperature field distribution of a typical steel after two different cooling modes is simulated by the finite element method. The actual measured value is compared.
